Gift boxes: Our aim is taking the hassle out of gift giving! If you’re looking to gift someone but completely at a loss what to gift them? Relax! We’ve got everything you need to impress your friends, colleagues, clients – and even your mother-in-law! We only pack locally sourced goods of the highest quality.

Gift boxes will arrive 2-4 workdays after placing your order. Delivery is done on weekdays between 8:00 – 17:00, please use a delivery address where recipient is available between those times. (e.g If you place an order on Friday your order will be shipped between Monday and Thursday)

You also have the option of choosing a specific delivery date, if this is ordered in advance. See more here.

Yes, all our gift boxes can be deliver on a specific delivery date. Please note we will always do our absolute best to get it delivered on your specified date, but cannot guarantee it will arrive on that exact day. More info here

Yes and No. You have the option to include a handwritten gift note with all orders. Simply write your message in the “Gift Note” section during checkout.

Definitely, we do work one-on-one with businesses, to design and source custom gifts that will leave a lasting impression on your clients and colleagues. Concept to creation, we offer a personal approach for each and every gift box. Small order or large orders, contact us at info@Zestly.co.za

Once off purchase gift boxes are billed immediately upon purchase and delivered within 2-4 days, unless a specific delivery date is selected.

What: The easiest, most exciting way to discover gourmet foods and snacks. We conveniently deliver a beautifully packaged foodie box to your door or desk. Each box includes 4-5 hand-picked artisan foods, snacks and an informative leaflet introducing the products/producers. We encouraging you to interact with the brands and learn more about the producers. Remember: You can signup, pause or cancel your subscription at anytime, online. Learn more here.

When: You can become a member anytime. Signup before the 15th to be eligible for that months box. If you signup after the 15th you will only receive your first box the following month. (eg: Signup on the 1st June and receive your first box the same month between 24th and the end June. Signup on the 16th June and only receive your first box between 24th and the end of July)

Shipping: We ship our Discovery Club boxes between the 24nd and end of each month.

Each box includes 4-5 hand-picked artisan foods, snacks and an informative leaflet introducing the products and producers. A variety of hidden gems, many have never seen or tasted before. All products of the highest quality produced by South African producers that love what they do, and by becoming a member you support these producers.

Our Foodie Discovery Club debit on the 15th of each month. Please note memberships continue after initial period and you can easily manage or cancel your membership online.

Discovery Club: Your account will be debited the 15th of each month. You will be billed again the same date each month. Please note Discovery Club memberships continue after initial period. (Subscription purchase – You can easily pause or cancel your membership online)

We deliver nationwide, but please note if you are living in an outlying area then it’s advised to contact us before ordering to confirm we deliver to your area. Note if the courier company has a failed attempted delivery an additional charge will apply for the second delivery attempt. It is advised to use a business address where someone is available to sign during weekdays 8:00-17:00.

It is advised to use a business address where someone will always be available to sign for the delivery. We do not deliver to P.O boxes as orders need to be signed. Choose an address where someone is available weekdays 8:00-17:00. If you have given a residential delivery address you will need to be available between 8:00-17:00. If no one is available to sign at the delivery address an additional charge will incur for a second delivery attempt.

If the address entered at checkout was incorrect please login and change your delivery address from the account page. It is advised to use a business address where someone will always be available to sign for the delivery. We do not deliver to P.O boxes as orders need to be signed. 

Please check all orders before signing the delivery, if there is a problem with the parcel do not sign. Send us a mail immediately so we can assist.
